She invested in her first three of many properties when she was 20, 21 and 22 years of age – but her first understanding of passive income and money management began when she was 12. It was while playing a boardgame that she learned how to set herself up to have an income coming in every week, without the need to wake up to the alarm clock and go to work. Or, in other words, trade time for dollars.

It was during this early part of her life that she started to understand that a passive income gives you options in life, and time back to spend with your family and do what you love most. It is this lesson that Dionne loves teaching to others. She loves to see her clients’ faces when they really understand what they’re being taught, and the results they achieve subsequently speak for themselves.

Over the course of her career, she has gained invaluable experience in mortgage lending, real estate, financial planning, and most importantly, education. That’s why she’s so powerful as a coach, educating her clients to create their own wealth through ongoing financial education.

Now, having purchased 18 properties, and built on the enormous knowledge she’s gained over the past 30 years, Dionne is able to coach from experience. It’s from this position of authority and expertise that she works to inspire people to have more faith in themselves, by giving them the education they need to make well informed decisions that make sense for them. Her vision is to truly empower her students through sound financial education, accurate analysis, effective planning strategies and expert coaching.

With thousands of empowered clients served already and a team of passionate people behind her – all of whom love the wealth creation process as much as she does! – it’s clear that this is a mission she has succeeded in. In particular, Dionne’s passion is in educating women who have never learned how to manage money effectively, or how to create more for themselves and their families. Her long-term goal, then, is to help each of these women create the life they have always wanted, by giving them true financial freedom and replacing their ‘job’ income with a ‘passive’ income.
